Our client, an established US MNC is looking for suitable candidates to join their organization.


Position 1: Sales Operations Administrator

Position 2: Executive Assistant / Secretary

Position 3: Inside Sales Admin

Position 4: Administrator/Strategic Partner Coordinator

Position 5: Admin Assistant

Position 6: Sales Admin

Position 7: HR Officer

 

Position 1: Sales Operations Administrator (Up to S$54K per annum)

•Preparation of quarterly, monthly and weekly management reports

• Administration of all travel, expense, transport and accommodation for the Singapore team, ensuring necessary documents are raised and coordinated efficiently

•Provide general administration including; meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, conference calls, projectors, adhoc projects, etc

•Coordination of management meetings

•Drafts own responses based on knowledge of the organization’s policy, procedures or particular situation. Has knowledge of organizational structure and maintains organizational charts

•Prepares memoranda, reports and other materials for staff and business meetings. May attend staff meetings; take and distribute minutes, follow up on action items. Maintains and analyzes files and records which often contain information of a confidential nature

•Prepares for revenue tracking, forecast and all external meetings with clients, partners or customers

•Pre and post administration relating to all meetings and conference calls

 

Position 2: Executive Assistant/ Secretary (Up to S$4000 per month)  

•Provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Director

•Preparation of expense reports, documents, letters, and presentation materials.

•Liaise and co-ordinate meetings or events with internal staff, external parties and other personal assistants.

•Organize extensive travel arrangements including flight, hotel bookings and visa applications.

•Monitor deadlines of projects and submissions and ensure deadlines are  met.

 

Position 3: Inside Sales Admin (Up to S$4000/month)

•Create and manage maintenance quotations through sales order and contract processing systems.

•Resolves hardware/software configuration discrepancies to enable accurate quotation and billing.

•Tracks installation, de-installation activity and upgrades of contract equipment in conjunction with terms of warranty/contract.

•Modifies contract information or cancels contracts, as needed.

•Makes timely and accurate updates to company systems.

•Performs other duties/special projects as required.

 

Position 4: Administrator/Strategic Partner Coordinator (Salary: Open)

Administrator:

•Provides administrative support to the APAC Strategy Teams

•Collects and maintains all office paperwork

•Coordinates meetings, calendars and events as needed

•Manages the team’s weekly travel plan

•Creates and/or collates inputs for regular Reports

•May be required to provide ad-hoc reporting

•Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information.

•Track sale opportunities and appointments

•Participates in special projects as required

•Composes straightforward written description of results

•Assists other offices as necessary

 

Strategic Partner Coordinator:

•Act as the first and unique point of contact for select APAC Strategic Partners by answering promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails and fax.

•Take full ownership from start to completion in solving the Partners queries and issues. Work to find the answers and relevant people internally and get back promptly to the Partners.

•Coordinate obtaining quotes across multiple distributors in multiple countries, and ensuring they are submitted to Strategic partners in a timely fashion.

•Ensure the Partner’s utmost satisfaction in the speed and quality of issue resolution.

•Log and record every interaction with the Partners in the CRM system            

•Work with other departments internally to improve processes, provides suggestions and drive initiatives to increase Partner’s satisfaction

 

Position 5: Admin Assistant (Up to S$2500 per month)  

•Responsible for general office administration

•Documentation and filing

•Coordinating of projects dates, issues

 

Position 6: Sales Administrator (Up to S$2500 per month)

•Bring sales queries to closure via phone and email

•Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business streams 

•Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers 

•Provide support to Field Sales and work effectively as a team

 

Position 7: HR Officer - May consider fresh graduate (Up to S$2800 per month)  

•Staffing and documentation section.

•Assisting with a lot confidential documents such as staff’s contracts and letters.

•Will also be required to apply/renew work passes for staff.

 

Qualifications

•Min GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or Degree (Depending on position)

•Min 2 to 5 years of working related experience

•Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment

•Good interpersonal skills

•Good learning attitude and have knowledge in MS Office
